How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days to the US, and 10-22 business days internationally (UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand).
Is shipping free?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat rate of $4.99.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Are your products safe for dogs?
Absolutely. All products are made from food-grade, BPA-free silicone that meets FDA safety standards.
Are they dishwasher safe?
Yes! All slow feeder bowls, lick mats, and silicone accessories are dishwasher safe (top rack).
What size dog are these for?
Our products work for all breeds. We also offer specialized options for brachycephalic (flat-faced) breeds.
What can I put on the lick mat?
Popular options: peanut butter (xylitol-free), plain yogurt, pumpkin puree, mashed banana, wet dog food. Freeze for longer-lasting enrichment!

What is your return policy?
30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email support@snoutjoy.com to start a return.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a free replacement.
